So i have come to a conclusion
there are no more good solid experienced Ad sales reps left.
It is a sad day for publisher's when they have solid money making titles and they have to do all of the major selling.
what are your thoughts? Are they not gone?

Far more important (and scarce) than editors to the success of the title.
